Fictional Character

If I could chose to be any fictional character it would probably be Katniss Everdeen from the Hunger Games. Well, I don’t know how much I would want to be her, as much as I would like to have some of her character traits. The reasons I have chosen Katniss are that she is selfless, brave, and smart. You can see her selfless nature in the first book of the Hunger Games series. When her sister, Prim, gets called to participate in the Games at Reaping, Katniss volunteers to take her place and effectively gives up her life for Prim. Katniss is also brave; during the first and second books she valiantly fights in the Games. I think having the quality of bravery is really great. And lastly, Katniss is smart. This can be seen throughout the series but, an example is when she decides to eat the berries at the end of the first book (if you have read the books you will understand this reference). Overall, Katniss drives her society to become better and inspires change; I think it would be really cool to be able to do that.
