Neighbor

So back in the eighth grade, there was this new girl on the Centurion team at Winburn. She seemed super nice, and was becoming a good friend. That year, there was a Halloween party and we all went trick or treating together. That night everyone realized, even the ones that did not know her yet, that Paula is awesome. We had so much fun then, and continue to have so much fun now two years later in English class. Paula and I used to ride the same bus, and I always looked forward to hearing about her travels around the world. Someday I see Paula traveling around the world and helping people. The reason I say that is because Paula is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. There are not many people who I would call self-less but Paula is one of them. If you need a friend, Paula will always be there. Recently, Paula was working on an anti-bullying campaign with some other students at school, again, just an example of her helping others. I’m so glad my neighbor and I are friends. Even if she sometimes forgets to wait for me to chew gum (we always take gum out of our backpacks at the same time after lunch)!
